Stand Up right now!

Did you actually do it? In which case you followed a bit too quickly, but I respect you nonetheless. Did you not? Well then what are you here for if you are not going to listen what I have to say? I am here completely for you, but if you are not willing to give me the slightest movement, then why are you here?

The challenge is to put yourself in a position that is foreign, something that you do not like, and most of all is relatively hard to wrap your around why you are doing it.

I have taught Swim lessons for a better half of a decade, and Aquatics classes for a few years less. Both of which I have gotten my students accustomed to changing the way they think, and to never expect anything. I can change the class completely at a moments notice. The reason why is because I do want them getting comfortable.

The voice inside me says feel the blood running through your veins, it is time to get up, and keep going. This is how I think when I go to the gym. The time spent there is one of the most important through the week for me, as it isn’t just a battle of the body, but of the mind and spirit as well.

My resilience is determined by how much effort I put out into my life. I woke up this morning with the thought that everyday I have the mentality that to live everyday with the notion that the day I am living is of the most importance. No day can leave behind with me not improving at least by 1%. Every. Single. Day. I must improve.

On top of that with the idea that every day is the most important day of my life, it surges me with the energy and drive for the goal of success.

I do not know how else to explain it, but the blood coursing through me is fueled with rocket fuel. Everyday feels like it needs to be the best day, even when I feel like shit. I still keep that mentality, even on the days where I feel lazy, I feel sad, I feel tired, or hell even utterly exhausted. Spending everyday like this really does take a toll on you, but I would never want to live differently because the impact is so very worth it.

This image below represents a man meditating, it is here for the example that no matter where you are in the world that there is a NECESSITY for a sense of purpose. He is meditating on the mountain to find his own.

You do not need to go to a mountain to find your purpose, for you can literally just sit here for an hour and think about it. Will you find it that way? Probably not. Will you find it after a couple decades? Maybe. The point is to try, and most of all you won’t feel comfortable being so deeply introspective, but it is a necessary part of life.

You need to know what makes you tick, what causes you to get up in the morning. Then you can set out to strive for it EVERY DAY. When you do then the feeling of being uncomfortable becomes irrelevant, and you can start to achieve great things, including your dreams.

This isn’t supposed to be a motivating post, it is supposed to be a slap in the face, to get your act together, and stop complaining about the little nuances in life that cause you be distracted from the bigger picture.

Now this is simply to be able to express different aspects of this thought process. The choice is yours to push yourself to take an extra 10 minutes of your day to learn about Self-Discipline. Pushing yourself to a new height.

Creating the determination of new ideals, and making your mindset one of growth not prevention.
