She starts humorously with this notion that we have to moving at all hours of the day. Always working, and/or being productive.

"this is the start of a revolution"

Another thing that she discusses at the beginning is this idea of sleep management. At the time of recording, that was one of her fixations. Which I completely understand. As something I was really into was the various "Sleep Chronotypes", which while not fully proven, are interesting nonetheless (they're expanded versions of the night owl and early bird concepts).

Even unintentionally her polymathic life comes through, as she casually mentions she started doing more cardio to listen to the podcasts more. Which is known as habit stacking, but I'll just let you watch the video first. Then we'll get into it!

Your routine should be Readily Adaptable

While there is a prudent point to be consistent, and waking up at a decent hour (decent as in dictated by the early birds in society, not as a whole). There are a lot of factors that go into your daily routine.

I once thought that I needed to be at 100% everyday, so I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to do that. Jrnie also seems to have gone through that process herself too.

The problem is that we aren't always going to wake up the same every day. Some days will be lower energy, especially if you are reactive to the weather too. Other days you might wake up full of energy. However you need to find ways to build systems that you rely on so that even on the bad days you are still up to a certain level or standard.

"Being a happy student of life"

She shares a lot of great points in her video above, and it is not all about creating some sort of mega system to do it all. Rather a baseline is following that curiosity, and as she said eloquently: "Being a happy student of life".

Finding ways to get out of your comfort zone and box. Which Polymaths are inherently multiple boxes anyways, but not everyone can see that. Find a way to explore outside your boxes, but also be able to explain your multiple boxes in my opinion as well!

Great video.
