Creating content is something I have been passionate about for about half my life. However gaming is something that was ingrained into me when I was still a toddler. I remember playing super mario world on an emulator on pc back when I was like 3-4 years old.
When I was a teenager State of Decay was announced and released on Xbox 360, and was one of the first games I remember pre-ordering. It was sort of a AA entry, in a world filled with only AAA titles and indies.
My first series I did on my gaming channel was that of me playing through a campaign on State of Decay lethal mode with one of my first characters after playing the sequel. Now I have literally done DOZENS of campaigns since then.
I have recently started livestreaming again, particularly on Substack for my creator brand, and I thought to myself why not gaming too? Especially since I can literally just stream from my Xbox to Twitch easily.
It is no multistreaming, and that is what I intend to do. Hence what held me back from starting sooner. However I truly do just need to get better, and learn the skills anyways. Here we are!

If you want to watch, here is the Twitch:
It won't always be State of Decay 2
I actually first tried it with the Witcher 3, but that was mostly mature from the very get to. Instead I pivoted from a game with naughty elements, to a violent zombie game. Real big jump there huh!
There might be a time actually where I just play something cozy like Harvest Moon... err I mean Story of Seasons!
I did announce that I would be focusing on pokemon games, and I still really want to do that. However the Generalist Gamer is in the name for a reason, as I just play so many different genres. SoD2 is the only game that has interested me as of late, but I did play through some pokemon romhacks for a time. As well as, spent a ton of time playing Octopath Traveler 1 and 2.
One of the other first games I ever streamed was the demo for OT2, and I plan on doing it again for the upcoming Octopath Traveler 0!
Today's post is simply more of an announcement that I finally started streaming
I hope you please join me, and at least come say hi. Really one of the skills I need to learn to get better at is communicating with chat while playing. Thus the more of you that show up, the better I'll get! Ty.
