Ever feel like you aren't where you want to be, but you are somehow where you need to be? For the last couple years I felt confined, and now that I am in a new apartment. New environment even in this area. There seems to be a little bit more progress, and overall motivation.

I've been working out now consistently for a couple months again, and finally made progress physically. I mention in the video I lost 7% body fat, which is great. Please watch the vlog too, as I went into some other details that I didn't in this post.

I was fueled alot with spite or scorn? A bit, when it came to working out. Which was a great way to get myself motivated, but now it is simply continuing it. No more heartbreak to be fueled by haha.

Content wise I have been doing a LOT.

What am I doing... NOW? September 2025

Hosted a panel on polymathy this last week, continuing a lot of my series as well, that have been on a bit of a hiatus this summer.

Looking for work still, which has been bad in this frozen job market. Hopefully something will come of that soon, there seems to be a few potential opportunities popping up.

Been focused on building the substack, but after a ton of issues I might find myself only doing it weekly. Just make a bunch of content ahead, and focus on other things to be honest.

I still need to get my PolyTools Digest and the Polymath Wiki newsletters going again. Although I recently made a post for pretty much each category, to refresh the site a bit.

PIOS:

No screenshot this month as it really hasn't changed much. However the update to having Obsidian Bases is really interesting. I hope to be able to use that more. Notion recently created an offline version now finally. Perhaps I might try that again too.

In a bigger view #MACRO, What's Coming up

I really want to finish my exercise book, and then the swimming book. Granted I haven't written much lately. However I think if I keep going like this, then I'll have a bunch of posts going out. As well as, I'll get the books done.

Its almost like that spiral, the more I do, then more I can do even still.

Things I am consuming:

I actually wrote a post for my new substack about the videos I was consuming to learn more. https://polyinnovator.substack.com/p/sharing-the-videos-im-learning-from

Other than that I am really only watching some shows here and there. I.e. Blue Samurai or Squid Games.
