Today marks the first day that I am no longer at my previous job of 11 years. Additionally... Over the last month, month and half, I have been moving my personal knowledge system from Notion.so to Obsidian.md. Which has been a huge undertaking, and while I am really excited at the possibilities now for new idea emergence (including for this gaming series).
The process itself took a really long time. This is exciting however because in the process of moving each page manually (there was no import.
Since it is a note-taking tool, then I have been actually doing that a lot more. Not to mention journaling.
Videos
It has been a minute since I posted a youtube video on the channel, and honestly it really has been eating me up a bit because I hadn't finished uploading the state of decay 2 series.
I will say that besides Obsidian a lot of my time had been spent playing Tears of the Kingdom.
The goal was to finish state of decay in time to make a series playing breath of the wild, and then go into tears of the kingdom. However I didn't quite really get that trajectory.
I do have a lot of clips and ideas for the zelda games, and maybe what I can do is do a tale of two kingdoms where I switch between both for the series.
Blogs
This is actually really high potential here because I just needed ideas, and when I moved everything over I got to see basically all of my ideas holistically. As well as the tool itself makes connections for new ideas.
I want to do a written series on how to play as certain apex characters, as I feel like most players don't use their abilities enough. Given how that is a major part of the gameplay, I thought it prudent.
I might also do some reviews of games or streaming tools too.
Plans going forward
Now that I loaded my state, and I am back in the game. I aim to be more consistent.
I hope you are looking forward to all of the new stuff!
Don't forget to check out the YouTube too!

Announcing the Launch of PolyInnovator Gaming!
This was another post from this time that I simply wanted to copy over, as it gives some historical context.
While I have many phases to focus on at this time, there is one that has been long in the making! That is the start of my Gaming content, and even a new YouTube channel.
I created a new website and YT for this new endeavor, as well as a new Instagram too! This is because I want to be able to share plenty of content, without the OmniBlog or TeleInnovator taking away the attention of the games. I'll still post PolyInnovator Gaming posts here on the OmniBlog too however!
Check out the YouTube Channel as well!
I've thought long and hard about making a NEW channel for this, as I just felt that games could simply go into my main channel. However this is so far out of the niches that I already discuss on TeleInnovator, that I felt the gaming channel deserved to be on its own.
Not only that but the premise is still the same, being polymathic in my approach, and "The Generalist Gamer" I think represents that.
Since it is going to be a variety channel, and not catered to just one genre or game. It is already taking a multifaceted way of content.

What type of games will I focus on?
The beauty of being a variety streamer is that I don't have to conform to just one genre or type of game!
Starting out I have recorded a season of "State of Decay 2" with my "Last Law" community. After that I'll probably do something along the lines of Octopath Traveler or Breath of the Wild.
Here is to a successful Game Streaming Journey!
I've always been a gamer, ever since I was a little kid. I think about games a lot, and even come up with unique ideas to share too. I am working on my own video game in the Godot Engine at the moment, so you might hear about that as well!
I'm looking forward to sharing my extensive gaming life with all of you! :D
Moving Phasevos to the PolyInGamer site (August 2, 2023)
This is my video game series I have been working on all year (2023).
Now this is something I've thought about once a month. As a game series they do justify having their own site, and I may regret this decision down the line. However the only thing ON that site are the variety of posts I've shared. From what the series IS to the monthly development logs that are my personal journey as the creator.
Now I could've kept going on with that, but I already have this site separate from my main content site. Having a third just seemed unnecessary from a personal standpoint.
Since the game dev is slow, and I wanted to make sure people actually saw those logs. It might make sense to just have them on here. I mean this is a gaming site after all, and it would lead to me being more active on here too.
I am moving all of the posts to here
I'm gonna try to slip in one or two normal PolyInGamer posts in between all of the dev logs, so that it isn't just a chunk of different posts.
Also once the game gets going ready to release, then I might focus more on that content wise on here. However it would be exciting! Let me explain what Phasevos are to you!
The World of Phasevos
These are magnificent creatures, much in the line of thinking of Digimon or Pokemon. Where you capture them and battle with others. Given that I am a solo dev, there have been a huge rise in AI technologies that had motivated me to finally get started on that journey.
These creatures come through phase rifts in the multiverse, and come into our world. You take the role of a tamer, who is going across the province doing quests for the towns, taking on the Arc challenges, and completing Phasesist Tasks.
However the similarities end there. Not only am I using AI to accelerate the conception process, but I am using human ingenuity to finalize each design. Meaning I get the numbers of AI generated content, but the quality from a person.
I hope to have far more creatures in the game, or at least multiple forms for each creature. Making each form give an extra layer of customization that you can create.
I hope you are looking forward to the games, and the dev logs I share pre-release information and designs!
