Here is an exhaustive list of all of the multistream - simulcasting tools, so that you can choose the best one for you. I give my opinion to help you make a decision too!
I am simply pragmatic, and want my content to reach as far as possible. Thus I am trying to think outside of the box, and use whatever tool will get my job I need done.
Tools that I think need a bit more nuance descriptions get their own section (for better or worse).

Restream
I almost didn't put this one on here, as I feel that it is unchanged for the last half a decade. They only support horizontal multistreaming, and it costs quite a lot to use. Between their lack of innovation, and their CEO's tantrums on social media I do not recommend this tool.

I don't have a whole lot to say about these tools. I go into a bit more detail in this post, but overall I simply wanted you to be aware they exist. As I always say what works for me might not be perfect for you, and I want to find the best tool for you!
Stream Elements (with OBS)
Coming from the company that has a lot of other features for streamers. I think the multichat is more helpful than others too.
I'll be honest I have less experience with this plugin set, but I think a lot of people have talked positively about them.
Aitum (with OBS)
My first experience with having a vertical canvas and multistreaming featureset. While I haven't touched the plugins in a while, they seem to be more stable from what I hear.
Lacking as much in the way of multi-chat, and having other helpful features. However I think this plugin combo is better if you also intend on recording in addition to streaming.
Meld Studio
This is often what I use when I am recording, it is also helpful when it comes to having a simple streaming setup. Without the need of having a dozen-plus plugins in OBS.
Felt like it did when I jumped from Wordpress to Ghost CMS, as it simplified everything without the need of multiple plugins just to get things stable.
While it has its own faults, and I still have multiple tools in my tool-stack. I do recommend Meld.

Their new tool.
Streamlabs Studio
Now I've gone back and forth with this tool, especially after their whole controversy. However on paper this seems like the best tool.
I hate saying that too because I am not a big fan of their user interface either. However given the vast array of tools you get access to for the monthly membership price. As well as the multistreaming SYNDICATION service they have, which is one of the few out there.
It is the ONLY tool that can syndicate both horizontal and vertical streams for you. Whereas the OBS plugins like SE Live can host both streams, it doesn't distribute it for you like Streamlabs does.
This is even better for those of us streaming from consoles too.
Now while I use Meld for a lot of my use case I think I'll also be using Streamlabs alongside it for other types of streams.
Find the right tool for YOU:
I decided that for my use case having more than one tool is key. For you it might be a lot simpler, and maybe you don't want to syndicate to as many platforms. Regardless, the point is to find a tool that is best for you!

This is a link to a page that has the database within, and you can sort by tag for multistreaming tools if you need to look around!
