This is a philosophy I developed over a decade ago when I first started blogging. Now it of course has a ton of similarities with philosophies around the world. From the Spartan Races of the current time, to the ancient Eastern religions, and even Aristotelian principles.

These Pillars came to me as I viewed the world around me, in myself, and the process of trying to improve both.

I realized that it came down to four major aspects of LIFE:
The Mind, The Body, The Spirit, The Emotions.

Each Pillar being on their own, but at the same time completely related.

Why am I making this post?

Or really why should you care?

I have been wanting to make this series of videos about the philosophy for over five years now. I finally got around to doing it, and I think each video has something of value to add to your life. There were certain basic things, and other things that were more advanced that I wanted to share.

I figured it would be easiest if I just put it all into a list for you to watch each video one at a time, then read a bit about the micro-topic.
