I bought a product or course, and I need a Refund!

Firstly, let us check if you may want to keep it. Is there a reason why you are not satisfied? Perhaps the course wasn’t as specific as you wanted, or maybe you wanted something more visual vs knowledge dense. (That kind of feedback helps a lot, and if you tell me I’ll go any try to see what I can do to fix it!)

Secondly, if it has to do with a product, is there a defect or issue with item? Again feedback is much appreciated, so that I can make sure it doesn’t happen again. Although if it is the wrong size, then perhaps there was a mistake in the ordering process? If not then I assure we will get it taken care of, as I definitely want you to have good support.
